- Control your brewing temperature by attaching the included thermometer to the side of your brew vessel and making easy adjustments to maintain the desired heat level.
- For optimal results, aim for the following temperature ranges:
- Kombucha: Maintain a temperature between 75° and 85° F.
- Jun Kombucha: Keep the temperature within the range of 68° to 80° F.
