Who Pays For The Returns?

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Generally, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. However, if we’ve made a mistake during your order – like sending the wrong item or something arriving damaged – then we’ll take care of everything! In these cases, Fermentaholics will cover the cost of ground shipping for your return within 30 days of your purchase date.

Returns are accepted on unused items in the original packaging. If you would like to return an item purchased, send it back to us with your original order number within 30 days, and we will refund your purchase price on that item.
