Our SemiSet Starter Culture is a blend of lactic acid bacteria selected for versatility and consistency. It is perfect for making any cheese with medium to hard texture, where eye formation is not desired, such as Cheddar, Colby, Feta, Cottage Cheese, and Monterey Jack.
Each pouch contains four pre-measured packets. Use one packet to inoculate 2 gallons of milk.
