Great and airtight for 2nd fermentation of my kombucha!
I love the shape and size of these bottles. The screw top is really effective and easier than using flip tops (for me).
Everything in this kit is top quality. I like these shorter jars since they store easier in my refrigerator.
I live these bottles! Theyre perfect for my kombuchas second ferment.
My first batch of kombucha (blueberry!) on its second ferment, in the bottles from Fermentaholics. These bottles are attractive, they arrived very promptly, and they come in a set of seven…which at first I thought was a bit of a strange number, but is exactly enough to accommodate the gallon jar, minus the scoby, its baby, and a couple of cups of starter. (I love it when things are well thought out.) I cant comment on the kombucha yet, as it still has a few days to go, but so far so good.
