Racking cane tips are used when bottling or racking to reduce sediment pickup while siphoning liquids like beer, wine, kombucha, cider, mead, seltzer, and more. It snaps onto the end of a 3/8″ racking cane and lifts the intake slightly off the bottom, helping you transfer clearer liquid.
Made for a snug fit, it works with standard 3/8″ racking canes, including auto siphons. It’s easy to clean and built for repeated use.
Once snapped on, the tip helps keep the end of the cane slightly above the bottom of your fermenter, preventing trub or sediment from getting pulled into your siphon. The result is a cleaner transfer and a clearer final product.
