Fermentaholics Brew Blends 4 Pack, Organic Kombucha Flavoring, Water Kefir

Kombucha comes out of the first fermentation unflavored and still. The second fermentation is where it gets its flavor and carbonation, and that’s what these blends are for.

The bundle includes all four Brew Blends at 5 oz each: Earth Child, Indigo Daydream, Sangria Rojo, and Rooted Revival. Every blend is USDA certified organic and OU Kosher.

Add 2 tablespoons to a 16 oz bottle of finished kombucha, cap it tight, and leave it at 75-85°F for 2 to 10 days. Warmer moves faster; below 75°F it slows down and the timeline stretches. Strain the blend out as you pour.

• Earth Child. Ginger, rose hips, hibiscus, lavender, and chamomile. Floral and soft, with the ginger sharpening the finish.
• Indigo Daydream. Blueberries, lavender, and moringa leaf. Fruit-forward with a floral top note.
• Sangria Rojo. Blueberry, hibiscus, and vanilla. Hibiscus brings the tartness and the deep red color; the vanilla rounds it off.
• Rooted Revival. Ginger, turmeric, and holy basil. Root-driven and peppery, the least sweet of the four.

The same blends work across a wide range of second fermentation: water kefir, Jun, classic kombucha, and natural sodas. Whatever you’re bottling, one box covers it.
