This blueberry wine base offers a simple way to make a five-gallon batch of fruit wine using real juice concentrates and added nutrients to support fermentation. The blend is pasteurized, shelf-stable, and doesn’t require any pH or acid adjustments before use.
To make, just combine one gallon of the base with four gallons of water, add your yeast, and stir. Once diluted, the mixture starts at 18.9° Brix and typically ferments to about 10% alcohol. Made with a blend of apple, pear, blueberry & grape juice concentrates, high fructose corn syrup, water, citric acid, and natural flavors.
Each batch can be ready in about 6 to 8 weeks. Everything is pre-blended, so there’s no need to strain or prep the juice—just mix and go. This base is a good option for those looking to make consistent batches with minimal effort, and it stays good for up to two years when stored at room temperature.
