This fruit wine base is a convenient starting point for winemakers who want consistent results without the need for pH or acid adjustments. Made with real fruit juice concentrates and blended with added nutrients, this black raspberry base is designed to produce a smooth, fermentable mixture with an initial Brix of 18.9° when diluted. Each one-gallon container is pasteurized and shelf-stable, offering flexibility and simplicity for both new and experienced winemakers.
To use, combine one gallon of the base with four gallons of water, pitch your yeast, and stir. That’s it. In as little as six to eight weeks, you’ll have up to five gallons of raspberry wine at approximately 10% ABV. Made with a blend of apple, pear, black raspberry & grape juice concentrates, high fructose corn syrup, water, citric acid, and natural flavors. No refrigeration is needed prior to use, and there’s no need to strain out fruit solids—everything is already blended and ready to go.
