Standard Shipping Methods
Standard shipping rates apply to all orders. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will ship the following business day (excluding holidays). All domestic orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. Specific shipping methods (Express, Priority, Ground, etc.) may be selected at check out. Delivery times vary depending on where the shipment is going but generally will arrive within 1-5 business days given there are no unexpected delays or holidays.
Free Shipping & Limited Promotional Rates
Free Shipping and Limited Promotional Rates options are shipped by either USPS or UPS at our discretion.
After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once your order ships, a second confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent. For updates on the arrival of your delivery, you can check your tracking number. Always check your spam folder if you do not see your confirmation email. Fermentaholics does ship internationally. If there are no shipping options available to your location during checkout, that means that we have not set up shipping to your country yet. and you will need to contact us for shipping options. Customer service can be contacted by phone during business hours or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails sent during business hours are usually answered the same day. Emails sent after business hours will be answered the next business day.
International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping Promotion or Limited Promotional Rates. Additional duties and shipping charges may apply.
E-gift cards are sent to the email address provided upon check out.
- P.O. Boxes – UPS Cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please do not use a P.O. Box for your shipping address as this may delay your shipment.
- Outside the Contiguous US – We cannot guarantee the viability of products with a short use-by date or products that may need refrigeration including but not limited to Fresh Water Kefir Grains or Liquid Rennet. We recommend customers in these locations use Dehydrated Water Kefir Grains and Microbial Rennet Tablets instead.
Large Freight – LTL (Less than Truckload)
Large volume orders (over 150 pounds) may be shipped as a pallet load via an LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier. This solution provides you with tracking and confidence that your large order will arrive intact and ready to use. Please contact us for details.
Personal Checks & Money Orders
We do accept payment by personal check or money order, but using these payment methods may delay your order. Personal checks and money orders will be held and shipped once payment clears. To determine shipping charges if paying by check or money order, customers can contact us to calculate the total cost including shipping and an order number will be provided.
Please include the order number with your payment to prevent delays. The order may not be sent if payment is insufficient to cover pricing and shipping costs.
