These adhesive strip thermometers are your best friend when brewing temp-controlled beverages. They stick to the outside of your brew vessel and provide the temperature in real-time; always know where your brew is sitting temp-wise!
The ideal temperature for kombucha is between 75-85°F; anything lower or higher can affect the brewing process. Cold temperatures are almost always the cause of unsuccessful batches. Cold temperatures increase kombuchas fermentation time & the likelihood of issues; don’t let this be you.
Temperature strips can be used to monitor the liquid inside any glass container and other containers.
To Read: Once applied, the thermometer will highlight colors to indicate temperature. When multiple colors are visible, the closest colors is the temperature range. The strip will have no reading when the temperature is above 93°F or below 46° and return once back between 46-93°F.
