All Four Elements Blends: Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. Each bag brews up to 12 gallons of kombucha or 70 cups of tea, so the set covers 48 gallons before you reorder.
Four Different Tea Bases, Not Four Flavors of the Same Thing: Water is the classic, three true teas and nothing else. Fire goes green-forward. Air brings in yerba mate and guayusa. Earth is the fullest at nine ingredients, with citrus peel, rosehips, and hibiscus over a black and pu-erh base.
Loose Leaf, Not Bagged: Whole leaf gives you control over strength and lets you brew straight into the batch. Loose leaf is also what lets these blends carry nine ingredients without the dust you get in a tea bag.
USDA Certified Organic and Kosher: Every ingredient in all four blends.
Brews Hot or Fermented: The same leaf works as a first fermentation kombucha tea or as a straight cup, hot or iced.

Fermentaholics Elements Tea Blends Bundle – 4-Pack Organic Kombucha Tea, 48 Gallons

Kombucha starts with tea. The culture feeds on what’s in the pot, so the tea you pick shapes both the ferment and the finished flavor. These four blends give you four different bases to work from.

Each bag makes up to 12 gallons of kombucha, or about 70 cups of tea. The set covers 48 gallons. All four are USDA certified organic and kosher.

Each blend was built with a season in mind, but nothing stops you from brewing any of them whenever you want. Pick by what you feel like drinking, not by what month it is.

Water. The winter blend, and the classic of the set: Assam black, oolong, and white peony. Three true teas, nothing else in the bag. Reach for this one when you want a clean, traditional kombucha with nothing competing for attention.
Fire. The summer blend, and the green-forward one. Gunpowder and Dragonwell green lead, with oolong and Assam black underneath and white peony and chamomile rounding it out. Brisker than Water, with the chamomile keeping the green teas from turning sharp.
Air. The spring blend, and the one that isn’t all tea. Oolong and white peony sit alongside yerba mate and guayusa, two South American leaves rather than camellia sinensis. If you want a base that tastes different from every other kombucha tea on the shelf, this is it.
Earth. The fall blend, and the fullest. Assam black, pu-erh, gunpowder green, and rooibos carry the base, then orange peel, lemon peel, chamomile, rosehips, and hibiscus come in on top. Nine ingredients, citrus and tart up front, deep and earthy underneath.All four brew as a straight cup of tea too, hot or iced.
